The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing and managing the end-to-end Sales processes. This involves streamlining workflows, improving Sales team productivity, and ensuring data-driven strategies. The role requires collaborating with various departments, managing order processes, and handling change requests. The candidate will also need to handle order management and dollar flow processes, ensuring budget tracking and revenue recognition across multiple channels. This role requires working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have:
  • 4+ years experience in Order Orchestration space
  • 5+ years of experience as an Associate Product Manager
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Hands-on experience with CRM flows and workflow rules
Good to have:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM integrations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and AppExchange apps
  • Expertise in implementing Salesforce-based order management workflows

What will you be doing :

We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager with a deep understanding of Order Management/ Orchestration Process. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience working with CRM/ ERP platforms and will play a key role in optimizing and managing our end to end Sales processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that the process flows meet the continuously evolving needs of our business and contributes to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement automation and optimization initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve Sales team productivity.
  • Leverage analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Ensure data-backed strategies are at the core of all product initiatives.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations and business teams to support key BAU activities efficiently. And manage Change requests/ Enhancements.
  • Streamline order management and end-to-end dollar flow processes to efficiently handle orders and placements, ensuring real-time budget tracking, and revenue recognition across multiple media channels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Overall 4+ years of work experience in the Order Orchestration space.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Associate Product Manager or similar role with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM flows and workflow rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in data analysis, management, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a big plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM integrations with other business systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and AppExchange apps.
  • Expertise in implementing Salesforce-based order management workflows, managing Opportunities, as well as creating and integrating Custom Objects to support business processes and align with core product systems.
