Job Summary

AiDASH is seeking a Software Development Engineer II – DevOps to enhance and secure its infrastructure through automation and sound engineering. This role involves building and maintaining cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and infrastructure as code on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Responsibilities include designing scalable infrastructure, managing containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, implementing monitoring with tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and automating infrastructure with tools like Terraform. The engineer will collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability, driving enhancements in stability, scalability, and performance. This is a hands-on position where contributions directly impact product delivery.

Must Have

  • 3+ years in DevOps/infrastructure engineering
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
  • Collaborative ability in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or CKA certification
  • Familiarity with SRE practices
  • Experience managing production databases
  • Exposure to serverless architectures

The Role 
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II – DevOps to help us scale and secure our infrastructure through automation and sound engineering practices. You will play a key role in building and maintaining cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring setups, and infrastructure as code. 
This is a hands-on engineering role where your contributions will directly impact how we build, ship, and run our products. 

What you will do:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP 
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar 
  • Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes 
  • Implement monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK 
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or equivalent 
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and SREs to improve deployment workflows and system reliability 
  • Drive continuous improvements in stability, scalability, and performance 

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles 
  • Hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure as code tool (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) 
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git) 
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) 
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) 
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 

Good to have:

  • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) 
  • Familiarity with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) 
  • Experience managing production databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) 
  • Exposure to serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
