Job Description

As a Breaking News Editor (Weekend), you will be responsible for overseeing the news content production on weekends. This includes verifying information, writing and editing breaking news stories, and ensuring content accuracy and timeliness. The role involves collaborating with reporters and other editors to deliver high-quality news coverage across various platforms. You will also monitor news wires, social media, and other sources to identify and report on developing stories. A key part of the job is to ensure the news content meets the company's journalistic standards and editorial guidelines. You will be working on a full-time basis.
