Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves supporting the recruitment efforts for various business units in accordance with the company's annual recruitment plan. Responsibilities include utilizing and expanding recruitment channels, understanding business needs to develop effective recruitment strategies, and providing efficient support. The position also requires participation in project-based recruitment and assisting the HR team with talent acquisition for key roles, along with other assigned tasks.
Must have:
  • Support recruitment for corresponding business units based on annual company recruitment plans.
  • Utilize, expand, and maintain various recruitment channels to meet team staffing needs.
  • Deeply understand business needs, assist in developing recruitment strategies, and provide efficient recruitment support.
  • Participate in and promote project-based recruitment work, such as special recruitment.
  • Assist the HR team in advancing recruitment processes and talent acquisition for key positions.
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Good to have:
  • Excellent foreign language skills
  • Experience in the gaming industry recruitment
  • Headhunting background

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience in the recruitment module.

2. Possess good communication skills, logical thinking, and problem analysis abilities; proactive, strong execution, and good stress resistance.

3. Excellent foreign language skills are a plus.

4. Passionate about the gaming industry, with preference given to candidates with recruitment experience in the gaming industry.

5. Candidates with a headhunting background are welcome to join.
