This role requires planning and executing innovative campaigns with KOLs and partners to boost brand impact. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing KOL performance, managing KOLs in Malaysia (online/offline activations), building and maintaining a KOL database, cultivating relationships with community champions (micro-KOLs and leaders), understanding user behavior and community landscape, managing a KOL grooming program, executing community activations (online/offline tournaments, competitions), conducting user research (FGD/IDI), and supporting game operation projects (payment tests, localization, ad-hoc tasks). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry in Malaysia, strong social media skills, and experience building and nurturing online communities.
