Video Editor

The role involves understanding marketing and creative team needs for video requests, drafting and developing video concepts, and assembling clips or footage logically. The editor will input music, dialogue, graphics, and effects, while continuously exploring new editing technologies to keep up with a fast-paced production schedule. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, with experience in motion graphics and text editing. Familiarity with the game video environment and editing styles is preferred, along with experience managing all production phases from concept to post-production. Passion for games and knowledge of the Moroccan gaming industry are important. Experience with Photoshop, video filming, or camera usage is a plus. The position is full-time, on-site in Casablanca, for a 3-month contract.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year working experience as video editor, or relevant roles (fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcome to apply
• Experienced in motion graphics editing and text editing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or other relevant software)
• Familiar with game video environment and editing styles
• Experienced in managing every phase of production from conceptualization, scripting, and filming to post-production
• Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Morocco
• Knowledge and experience in using Photoshop, taking video footage, or using camera would be a plus
• Willing to work in a full work from office arrangement in Casablanca under 3 months Full Time Contract Employment
