This job focuses on leveraging data to derive insights that align with the product’s shared vision and customer needs. It involves gathering customer experience insights to inform product requirements and analyzing research, market data, and usability studies for data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring product adoption, usage and profitability, leading quarterly planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective execution, and collaborating with developers to uncover new opportunities. This job is an individual contributor.

  • Drive modernization of test infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, self-service, and pipeline automation.
  • Promote shift-left testing practices such as component testing, API mocking, contract testing, and synthetic/test data management.
  • Strengthen test analytics, observability, and metrics.
  • Act as an advocate for developers and customers, ensuring feedback is translated into impactful features and services.
  • Collaborate effectively across engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in developer productivity, test infrastructure, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of software testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance) and test environment orchestration.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and release engineering.
  • Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering technical products at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify and evangelize complex technical concepts.
  • Hands-on exposure to test tools and infrastructure platforms is highly desirable.

  • Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Test domain of SDLC — including environments, test data, analytics, shift-left practices, and governance — ensuring balance across reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and innovation.
  • Drive modernization of test infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, self-service, and pipeline automation.
  • Promote shift-left testing practices such as component testing, API mocking, contract testing, and synthetic/test data management.
  • Strengthen test analytics, observability, and metrics — enabling dashboards, KPIs, and insights into coverage, flakiness, reliability, and performance.
  • Act as an advocate for developers and customers, ensuring feedback is translated into impactful features and services.
  • Collaborate effectively across engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.

Preferred qualifications include:
