Job Description

The Sr Support Engineer 1 - DevOps, CI/CD & AI/ML will analyze business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness, developing and maintaining relevant products. Key responsibilities include deploying and supporting automation solutions using Azure, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code, driving end-to-end automation with tools like Python and Ansible, and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads. The role also involves ensuring DevSecOps practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing documentation and training on best practices.

Must Have:

BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech or MCA with 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps of large and complex enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience in AI product deployments & Support on Cloud.
Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
Ability to develop and maintain relevant product and domain knowledge.
Ability to develop and execute Unit Tests.
Adherence to standard processes and procedures.
Ability to identify and resolve software bugs.
Knowledge of database architecture and data models used in the relevant product.
Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.

Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
Software: Java, Spring boot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth
Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes/Kafka,/ Elasticsearch/Spark/ NOSQL/RDBMS/Spring boot/Gradle GIT/ Ignite

What you’ll do

Deploy & Support the automation solutions using Azure, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
Drive end-to-end automation (Python, Shell, Ansible, ServiceNow, Azure Automation).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and PaaS deployments.
Ensure DevSecOps practices are followed (IAM, security baselines, compliance).
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare documentation, knowledge sharing, and training on best practices.

What we are looking for

Identifies reusable components.
Ensures that the code is delivered for Integration Build and Test which includes the release content.
Identifies and resolves software bugs.
Tests and integrates with other development tasks.
Adheres to the performance benchmark based on pre-defined requirements.
Possesses knowledge of database architecture and data models used in the relevant product.
Plans and prioritizes work.
Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers.
Proactively seeks assistance as required.
Provide assistance or guidance to the new members of the team.
Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
