Job Description

As a sales representative for small chains and key customer stores, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand promotion. The main goals are to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and support customers' daily operations. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, executing sales strategies, implementing brand activities, collecting market feedback, cross-departmental collaboration, and preparing reports.

  • Organize and promote brand activities for small chains and key customers

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and finance departments
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to the regional sales manager
  • Associate degree or above
  • 2+ years of sales or customer management experience
  • Possess basic market analysis capabilities and brand activity management experience
  • Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel

Job Objective:

As a sales representative for small chains and key customer stores, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand promotion, with the main goals of enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and supporting customers' daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Sales Targets: Assist in achieving set sales targets, improving sales performance through effective customer visits and service.

2. Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with small chains and key customers, providing quick response services to enhance customer loyalty.

3. Execute Sales Strategy: Under the guidance of the regional manager, assist in executing specific sales strategies, clarifying sales targets and key performance indicators.

4. Implement Brand Activities: Assist in organizing and promoting brand promotion activities for small chains and key customers, ensuring activities are executed as planned.

5. Collect Market Feedback: Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback, promptly adjusting sales strategies to meet customer needs.

6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance departments to ensure the implementation of sales strategies.

7. Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit sales reports, reporting project progress and market dynamics to the regional sales manager, providing support for decision-making.

Scope of Responsibility: (Factors related to the main performance to be achieved by this position; number of direct reports, indirect reports; scope and responsibility of budget control, and regular cross-departmental/functional work responsibilities)

  • Personnel Management: Number of direct reports: 0
  • Budget Control: Assist in the formulation and control of budgets for relevant projects, ensuring efficient and reasonable use of funds.
  • Work Area: Involves the execution of various sales plans and customer activities, including brand activities and market promotion.
  • Scope and Impact of Decision-making: Under the guidance of the regional manager, assist in customer decision-making, sales strategy execution, and resource allocation, impacting customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Associate degree or above
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales or customer management experience
  • Professional Knowledge/Skills: Possess basic market analysis capabilities and brand activity management experience
  • Computer and Foreign Language Proficiency: Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel

Complexity: (Describe uncertainties in work, and decisions/problems that require data analysis or complex situations)

  • Uncertainties in Work: Changes in market trends and fluctuations in customer demand may require plan adjustments.
  • Situations Requiring Complex Analysis: Basic data analysis is required when involving budget overruns or significant changes in customer needs.
  • Communication Complexity: Requires high-frequency communication with customers and various internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and timely problem resolution.
