We are looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this senior-level role, you will shape the design and execution of our most critical analytics frameworks, working directly with department heads and executive leaders. You’ll translate high-level strategic priorities into structured analytical initiatives that span teams and functions, balancing deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
You will own enterprise-wide KPI frameworks, lead experimentation architecture, and drive the implementation of scalable analytics tooling standards. At this level, your impact goes beyond delivering analyses-you will build the systems, practices, and culture that define the future of analytics across the company.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead execution of the company-wide KPI framework, including lifecycle tracking and ownership policies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on forecasting and measurement frameworks that guide Finance, Product, and Commercial decisions.
- Establish reusable experimentation templates, QA practices, and governance that elevate trust in analytics outcomes.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate roadmap goals into measurable analytics initiatives.
- Mentor senior analysts, contribute to shared code libraries, and scale best practices across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced SQL for production-grade analytics and dashboard layers; experience advising on schema and data model evolution.
- Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, automation, and reusable libraries. Comfortable contributing to shared codebases.
- Deep understanding of experimentation design (Bayesian & frequentist methods, power analysis, multiple testing). Experience building frameworks, not just running tests.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tooling and integration into analytics workflows; able to design monitoring for model impact and drift.
- Proven ability to present concise, compelling insights to senior leadership.
- Skilled in aligning metrics and KPIs across departments with sometimes conflicting goals.
- Ability to connect analytics to business outcomes such as revenue, retention, growth, and cost strategy.
- Strength in framing ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses with measurable impact.
What Success Looks Like
- You define impactful projects and deliver autonomously with measurable business impact.
- Senior leaders see you as a strategic partner, not just an analyst.
- Your frameworks, templates, and KPI systems are used consistently across teams.
- You mentor others, scaling quality and multiplying the impact of the analytics function.
You Might Be a Great Fit If
- You think in systems and anticipate second-order effects.
- You are equally comfortable writing code and crafting executive narratives.
- You proactively identify opportunities where analytics can shift the business trajectory.
- You thrive on alignment, clarity, and scaling impact beyond your individual work.
Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity to be at the center of business decision-making—designing frameworks that influence strategy, execution, and long-term growth. If you are passionate about combining technical depth with strategic influence, this role will give you the platform to leave a lasting impact.
