Mistplay is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a 12-month contract to organize and streamline fast-moving marketing initiatives. This role acts as a crucial link between marketing subteams, ensuring smooth campaign execution, timely asset delivery, and adherence to deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating projects across influencer campaigns, organic social media, sweepstakes, paid campaigns, and other brand initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys clarifying tasks for stakeholders, and is eager to contribute to an efficient, high-growth marketing team.
Must have:
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across brand, UA, social media, influencer, and creative teams.
  • Act as the central point of contact for campaign execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and on-schedule project delivery.
  • Oversee asset production (static, video, copy) for paid, organic, and influencer marketing campaigns, managing briefs, approvals, and version control.
  • Support influencer marketing activations by tracking deliverables and coordinating with partners.
  • Partner with the organic social media team to maintain content calendars and track posting schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify process improvements and implement project management best practices to increase team efficiency.
  • Help coordinate tentpole moments (e.g., sweepstakes, seasonal campaigns).
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing project management, program management, or marketing operations (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and keeping complex initiatives on schedule.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Monday, Trello, or Jira.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating marketing assets across multiple channels (paid, organic, influencer, social).
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience working in mobile apps, gaming, or consumer tech industries.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows and organic social media management.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and creative production processes.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Mistplay on a 12-month contract and help orchestrate our fast-moving marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll act as the connective tissue between marketing subteams—ensuring campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and assets are delivered on time. You’ll oversee the coordination of marketing projects and deliverables across influencer campaigns, organic social media, sweepstakes, paid campaigns, and other brand initiatives.

What You'll Do:
