Job Description

This position is for an internship in Project Management, working in person in Governador Valadares. You will join the Program Management team, focusing on a collaborative and dynamic environment from commercial proposal to production. The role involves ensuring projects meet client expectations, deadlines, and Wabtec's quality standards. You will act as a facilitator for internal process alignment and maintain transparent client communication, providing updates, technical documents, and necessary support. Utilizing management tools, organization, and proactivity, you will be responsible for contract fulfillment, invoicing, and meeting client expectations.
Must Have:
  • Currently studying Administration, Engineering, Project Management and related fields
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Intermediate Power BI knowledge
  • Knowledge of management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Planner)
  • Communication skills
  • Intermediate English

We are the facilitating agent in aligning internal processes and maintain transparent communication with the client, with constant updates on project progress, sending technical documents and all necessary support.

By exploring management tools, organization, and proactivity, you will be the agent responsible for fulfilling and invoicing contracts, and client expectations.

What do we want to know about you?

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, Project Management or related fields.

  • Currently studying Administration, Engineering, Project Management and related fields.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Intermediate Power BI knowledge
  • Knowledge of management tools (such as, Microsoft Project, Trello, Planner);
  • Communication skills;
  • Intermediate English.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • You will be part of the entire contract execution cycle: contract analysis and technical specifications, creation of master schedules, follow-up with clients, invoicing management and logistics for equipment dispatch.
