The BU Integration PMO will support the Central BU Integration Head in managing all back office workstreams for the integration of an acquired company, coorindating day-to-day execution across customer service, human resources, legal and compliance, facilities and security, and technology.
Location: Richmond, London or Dreilinden, Germany with frequent travel (50%+) to Oslo
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports, ensuring deliverables are clearly defined and progress is monitored.
- Coordinate across functions to collect inputs, resolve issues, and ensure alignment between eBay and acquired company partners.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) by gathering requirements from functional leaders.
- Manage integration governance routines, including meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, capturing decisions, and tracking action items.
- Identify risks, gaps, or dependencies to the Central BU Integration Head and recommend potential mitigations.
- Drive documentation, reporting, and communication processes to ensure visibility of progress, deliverables, and risks to leadership.
- Provide flexible project management support for ad hoc integration activities as needed, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
**What you will bring:**
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a PMO or integration-related role within a complex, cross-functional organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans, trackers, and dashboards, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication and partner management skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, balancing competing priorities and managing ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, or a related field required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) or large-scale organizational integrations preferred.
