Job Description

Manage daily operations of a station, including tracking and delivery of shipments, ensuring proper execution of duties by staff and part-time workers. Responsibilities include managing cash on delivery, collaborating with customer service, and controlling inventory to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels. The role requires ensuring smooth daily operations and acting as a hub manager when needed.
Good To Have:
  • Senior Executive experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
Must Have:
  • Track and deliver shipments

  • Control inventory
  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Descriptions:

    • Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
    • Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
    • Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
    • Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
    • Work closely with customer service and fulfil customer request
    • Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
    • Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.

Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
