Job Description

As a Store Manager at JYSK, you will be responsible for motivating and leading your team to achieve excellent sales results and provide the best customer experience. You will ensure the store is fully prepared for sales, actively work on key performance indicators, and implement store concepts. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members, while also serving as a role model in all store operations.
Must have:
  • Responsible for your JYSK store with your deputy.
  • Ensure the store is 100% ready for sales and customers.
  • Actively work on key indicators and motivate your team.
  • Monitor and implement store concepts and routines.
  • Recruit new colleagues, onboard them, and develop existing team members.
  • Be an example to your team in all store tasks.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS

  • you are responsible for your JYSK store together with your deputy
  • you ensure that the store is 100% ready for sales and customers through encouraging communication, leadership, and training of your team in accordance with our JYSK leadership values
  • you actively work on key indicators, define necessary activities, and motivate your team for execution
  • you monitor and implement concepts and routines in the store
  • you recruit new colleagues, onboard them, and develop existing team members
  • you are an example to your team in all store tasks
