We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Studio Operations Coordinator to maintain a clean, organized, and smoothly running workspace. This role is crucial for fostering a productive and welcoming environment for our team. Responsibilities include keeping supplies stocked, handling basic facilities maintenance, organizing shared spaces, and supporting the operations team with daily needs. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $21/hour
Reports To: Operations Manager

Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 10-15 hours/week)


About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time,
Studio Operations Coordinator to help keep our workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to maintaining a productive and welcoming environment for our team.

You’ll be responsible for keeping supplies stocked, handling basic facilities maintenance, organizing shared spaces, and supporting the operations team with day-to-day needs. If you're a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in a well-run space, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared areas, including kitchen, supply closets, and meeting rooms
  • Restock snacks, drinks, office supplies, and cleaning products as needed
  • Coordinate supply orders, deliveries, and vendor drop-offs
  • Assist with furniture setup, tech moves, or workspace adjustments
  • Support studio events, team lunches, and office gatherings
  • Help keep storage areas and equipment organized and labeled
  • Report facility issues or repair needs to building management or vendors
  • Assist with basic administrative, marketing, and additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, manage tasks, and take initiative
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting boxes, rearranging supplies, minor cleaning)
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Previous experience in facilities, office coordination, or retail/stocking roles a plus
