Supplier Quality Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Supplier Quality Specialist will be responsible for selecting and auditing incoming material to ensure its conformity to internal and external standards. The Supplier Quality Specialist will need to be proficient in the use of specialize measuring equipment as well as drawing interpretation. This position will require knowledge of data management to generate metric reports that will drive supplier improvements. This employee will closely work with Supplier Quality Technicians and Supplier Quality Engineers as it relates to supplier quality.

This position will serve as change champion and supporter of the Company’s Supplier Quality initiatives for multiple integration Centers. Proven experience in supplier performance management through direct communications and or through supplier corrective actions.
This has been designated as a safety-sensitive job because it involves performing one or more tasks/duties that could reasonably affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task(s) or others.

What You'll Do

• Quality Expertise: Performs routine audits unassisted. Performs inspection and testing of incoming fabricated parts, components, assemblies, and completed electromechanical gaming equipment. Verifies that inspected material meets specified quality standards and/or PO requirements. Generates inspection reports by collecting & organizing data to support supplier corrective action requests and/or internal corrective actions. Uses quality inspection tools and ensures calibration of inspection tools and equipment is up to date before use.

• Other Duties: Active participant in the review of MRB material, Participant in Calibration & UL Auditing Programs, Supports Continuous Improvement of ATI product design and processes

Working/Application Knowledge of the following:

• Root Cause Analysis, 8D/CAPA, Performance Metrics/Scorecards, and Quality Data Analysis. Working Knowledge of ISO, SAE, IPC, ISO9001

What We're Looking For

• 2 or more years of Quality experience
• Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, Data Systems, PowerBI
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal, be able to work independently and be team oriented.
• Broad knowledge of Quality Assurance Sciences, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Business Processes.
• Familiarity with electronic design, software, product manufacturing and associated special processes (i.e. powder coating, injection molding, welding, machining, etc.)
• Ability to speak multiple languages a plus (Spanish/Chinese)
• Functional knowledge of the gaming, development, manufacturing, and/or technology industries
• Data Analytics knowledge, generating charts and graphs

Pay Range

$22.40 - $41.60 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
