Responsibilities:

  • Proactively own and drive strategic marketing initiatives, partnerships and executions with overseas businesses and industries. Identify and develop collaborative opportunities for Weixin‘s unique eco-system and products, to grow Weixin global influence.
  • Expand and manage overseas business resources and partnerships, including but not limited to global e-commerce, digital payments & local merchants to develop creative and integrative content that can consistently boost and enhance Weixin brand influence.
  • Support collabrations with key content creators and partners , including international entertainment, film & television, sports, and gaming industries
  • Support on partnership with global KA and top industries. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execution high-quality projects. And formulate long-term corresponding operation strategies.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on the competitive landscape of global consumption trends and moblie internet industry updates. Identify and determine future opportunities from branding, content, and product perspectives for Weixin.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of working experience in partnership and business development
  • Basic understanding of Tencent/WeChat eco-system. Basic understanding of Weixin Payment and Weixin Mini Programs
  • Passionate, committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative, ownership, and a sincere willingness to learn from global team members at all levels
  • Experience in using data-driven insights and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Outstanding written and oral skills in both Mandarin and English, to build productive relationships with stakeholders in the Headquarters

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $69,600 to $112,800 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
