Job Description
As part of our development, we are recruiting a Supply Chain Planning & Customer Service Manager to lead industrial planning, procurement, and customer management activities.
Your missions:
Reporting to the Supply Chain director, you will be responsible for the smooth running of industrial planning and customer satisfaction, while coordinating internal teams.
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise the teams in charge of customer service and procurement
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and lead management rituals
- Promote the development of team skills and the implementation of good supply chain practices (pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk Run)
2. Steering SIOP & PDP processes
- Lead monthly SIOP and weekly PDP meetings
- Ensure the alignment of load plans with sales forecasts and the actual capacity of the site
- Identify internal/external blockages and implement corrective actions
3. Resource Optimization
- Evaluate and manage the overall site load in line with customer priorities
- Guarantee the availability of components in coherence with industrial objectives
- Coordinate resources between the relevant departments to ensure operational performance
4. Customer Demand Management
- Work closely with customers on forecasts and demand adaptations
- Monitor daily shipments, service rates, and consigned container flows
- Maintain and optimize SAP data for reliable planning
5. Inventory Management
- Optimize stock levels while ensuring a high level of customer service
- Lead stock reduction initiatives
- Coordinate supplier flows with purchasing and logistics
Qualifications
Expected skills:
- Solid experience in industrial planning and logistics management
- Mastery of SIOP and PDP processes
- Assertive leadership and experience in cross-functional management
- Very good knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP
- Analytical mind, rigor, ability to make quick and structured decisions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Languages:
- Fluent French
- Professional English required (international clients and suppliers)
