Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field/equivalent practical experience
- Solid experience with Swift (iOS) and/or Java/Kotlin (Android)
- Strong understanding of the mobile app lifecycle and performance debugging
- Familiarity with hybrid mobile frameworks such as React Native, Cordova, or Flutter
- Knowledge of API ecosystems, including hands-on experience with Postman, API specs, and payload validation
- Experience with Datadog, native logging tools, and debugging across distributed systems
- Guide and support customers in integrating DevRev’s SDKs into their iOS and Android applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile SDK issues across native and hybrid platforms (Android, iOS, React Native, Cordova, Flutter)
- Investigate and debug problems using logs, analytics, and debugging or monitoring tools like Datadog
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate, document, and resolve product-level bugs
- Use tools like Postman to validate APIs, inspect payloads, and assist with SDK–backend interactions
- Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and integration guides
- Proactively monitor system health and provide feedback for SDK improvements
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field/equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years industry experience in supporting iOS and Android mobile apps released to App Store
- Experience with supporting both native and hybrid iOS and Android apps
- Work experience with global, cross-functional teams
- Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of agile development processes
- Knowledge of Typescript, Python, SQL, GoLang for debugging, investigation, and lightweight patching
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience supporting or working on Agentic AI systems, LLMs, or AI copilots.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and build tools.
- Exposure to customer support systems and experience collaborating with support/customer success teams.
- Ability to generate actionable insights from logs and telemetry data.
