Job Description

The System Sales Executive will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and closing deals to meet sales targets. This includes acquiring new clients and increasing market share within existing accounts. The role involves collaborating with channel partners to create tailored solutions for business growth and enabling them to expand market reach. Key responsibilities also include developing relationships with key stakeholders, examining the market for new opportunities, and consistently exceeding targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales, particularly in CAE/CAD/EDA software or project-driven sales, and a deep understanding of engineering simulation and analysis. Good communication skills and the ability to use English as a working language are essential.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, CS, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of technical sales experience.
  • Experience in CAE/CAD/EDA software sales.
  • Enterprise and geography sales experience.

Position Description:

  • Building a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities; qualifying and closing business to meet with sales target
  • Winning new logos and gain market segment share in new accounts; expanding market share in existing accounts

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Electronics, CS, Applied Math, Physics etc related majors
  • At least 5-8 years technical sales experience, especially CAE/CAD/EDA software sales or project-driven sales preferred; understanding of software licensing models.
  • Enterprise and geography sales experience in Automotive, 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, industrial/IoT etc technology area.
  • Deep understanding of engineering simulation and analysis, knowledge in electronic design chain, system design and related ecosystem is preferred
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within clients
  • Proven track record in the experience on channel partner enablement and partner relationship management.
  • Examining Market and proactively generating new opportunities 
  • Consistent over-achiever, Self-motivated
  • Good in communication and presentation
  • Could communicate in English as working language
  • Frequent travel required.
