This role provides Systems Administration support, including administering development, test, and production servers, reloading, re-imaging, and debugging. Responsibilities also include installing, removing, and upgrading software packages, daily monitoring of network systems, and troubleshooting host environments. The Systems Analyst evaluates and implements solutions, provides operational reports, updates system records, ensures software licensing compliance, and assists users with technical information and training. A BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience are required.
Must Have:- Provides Systems Administration support for an organization, functional unit or line of business.
- Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems.
- Installs, removes and upgrades software packages on test, development and production servers.
- Performs daily monitoring of network systems, independently initiating proactive measures to ensure functionality, connectivity and load balance.
- Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying and resolving faults, inconsistencies and systemic issues.
- Evaluates, recommends and implements solutions to ensure systems functionality and compliance with company standards.
- Provides network and systems evaluation and operational reports.
- Updates systems records and ensures maintenance of accurate information.
- Ensures computer programs in company use are properly licensed, adhere to company standards and are operational and functional.
- Assists systems users by creating instructional how-to guides and by providing technical information and training.
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
