Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Consultant for System Management with 3-5 years of experience in L2 Production Support. The role requires 24/7 rotational support, strong skills in Linux shell scripting and Oracle, and banking domain knowledge. Responsibilities include incident, problem, change, release, and deployment management, root cause debugging, and coordinating with L3 and development teams.
Must Have
- Excellent L2 Production Support
- Willingness to support in 24/7 rotation as per shift roster
- Banking domain knowledge
- Well versed with Incident life cycle management
- Well versed with Problem life cycle management and PMR process
- Well versed with Change management, Releases and Deployments
- Ability to debug root causes and provide temporary and permanent solutions
- Coordinate with L3 and development team
Good to Have
- ITIL Certified
- Working knowledge of ITRS, Autosys, App dynamics, ServiceNow, UDeploy
- Programming experience
- DevOps experience
Job Description

Coordinate with L3 and development team and provide and implement solutions Any programming experience and devops experience will be added advantage
