Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for intern positions across multiple teams, especially within the Growth BU. Your role includes collaborating with hiring managers, developing a campus hiring strategy, supporting senior TA Specialists in identifying talent, and contributing to various ad-hoc projects such as talent mapping, analytics, and recruitment events. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on maximizing the potential of mobile products and working at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech.

As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Talent Acquisition teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.

You will work hand in hand with our Growth team, which is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

Role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for intern positions across multiple teams (business and creative profiles) and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes
  • Own our campus hiring initiative by developing a strategy plan to find our next generations of interns across the Growth BU
  • Support senior TA Specialists in identifying the best talent for various expertise roles, through application screening and sourcing efforts
  • Support in ad-hoc projects of different scale: talent mapping and nurturing, analytics, recruitment events, etc.

Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field, with at least a 6 months internship/apprenticeship done previously in talent acquisition
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through abilities
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Interest in the gaming/tech industry
