Job Description

AUTO1 Group is a leading European online platform for used cars, operating in over 30 countries. The Talent Acquisition Manager will independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with managers and business partners. Responsibilities include designing and executing recruitment campaigns, identifying new candidate sourcing channels, preparing reports and forecasts, and cooperating with external partners. The role also involves supporting the onboarding process, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, performing administrative tasks in Workday, and preparing HR-related materials and analyses.
Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and strategies
  • Excellent candidate assessment skills
  • Experience collaborating with managers
  • Strong communication and proactivity
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Professionalism and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • English language proficiency at C1 level
Good to have:
  • Experience with Workday and SmartRecruiter platforms
  • Experience organizing training and reporting results
  • High level of autonomy

Opis stanowiska

  • Samodzielne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych end-to-end we współpracy z managerami i partnerami biznesowymi odpowiedzialnymi za dany obszar.
  • Projektowanie i realizacja kampanii rekrutacyjnych na potrzeby prowadzonych projektów.
  • Poszukiwanie i wdrażanie nowych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów.
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i prognoz dotyczących realizowanych projektów rekrutacyjnych.
  • Współpraca z partnerami zewnętrznymi w zakresie wsparcia działań rekrutacyjnych.
  • Wsparcie w procesie onboardingu nowych pracowników.
  • Udział w działaniach mających na celu budowanie zaangażowania pracowników.
  • Przygotowywanie materiałów (w tym tłumaczeń), raportów i analiz dotyczących projektów HR.
  • Wykonywanie prac administracyjnych w systemie Workday (onboarding i offboarding).

Kwalifikacje

 

  • Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych.
  • Znajomość narzędzi i strategii pozyskiwania kandydatów.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności oceny kompetencji kandydatów.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z managerami różnych szczebli.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz proaktywność.
  • Gotowość do nauki i rozwoju w dynamicznym środowisku.
  • Profesjonalizm i dbałość o szczegóły.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office oraz Google Workspace.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze platform Workday oraz SmartRecruiter.
  • Doświadczenie w organizacji szkoleń i raportowaniu efektów na podstawie potrzeb klientów wewnętrznych.
  • Wysoki poziom samodzielności w działaniu.
