About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle mainly, but not limiting, to the corporate functions within our GBS/Capability Center in Poland (Finance, HR, Procurement, R&D and others).

You will be primarily accountable for managerial and expert positions partnering with senior stakeholders from all over the globe, driving recruitment strategies and campaigns, and supporting hiring managers in delivering their business objectives to support company growth. In this role you will leverage your experience and expertise to attract and hire top talent while delivering outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a talent advisor for senior stakeholders and hiring managers by understanding their business needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and delivering top talent to the organization.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle primarily for managerial and expert positions within our GBS/Capability Center in Poland, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.

  • Engage in local and global initiatives focused on improving the processes, stakeholders and candidates experience, Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing, etc.  

  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and / or HRBPs.

  • Drive candidate’s engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Influence peers, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Min. 5-7 years of full cycle in-house recruiting or a mix of an in-house and agency background for various range of corporate roles including managerial and expert positions in complex organizations.

  • Strong track of record in building partnership relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, HRBPs, TA team members).

  • Throughout expertise in developing effective multi-channel recruitment strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and market trends.

  • Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
