As a Talent Development Lead, you will partner with Learning Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers to create blended, interactive media learning experiences and design effective leadership learning interventions that impact performance. You will drive strategic growth by shaping talent development initiatives aligned with organizational goals, influencing employee performance, engagement, and retention through impactful training programs and leadership coaching. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs, evaluating training effectiveness, executing talent development programs tied to corporate goals, and collaborating with subject matter experts on learning experience design. You will also assist with outsourcing program development and delivery, researching content, and recommending updates to existing leadership training materials. Tracking and reporting progress against delivery goals using appropriate technology is also a key responsibility. A Bachelor of Arts/Science in Instructional Technology, Multi-Media Development, Video, Business, Adult Learning, or a related field is highly preferred.
