Create communications materials for Aptiv’s learning portfolio, working with Employee Branding and Communications teams to drive impactful campaigns and measure their effectiveness. Serve as a primary source of information on learning offerings for HR and L&D communities globally, and act as the first point of contact for HRIS and business queries. Optimize the use of the Learning Management System by organizing training sessions, sharing best practices, and developing reports. Administer training assignments, provide instructional design recommendations, and design impactful eLearnings. Implement global learning programs by curating relevant portfolios for all business functions. Leverage tools to recommend strategic training interventions and partner with HR, L&D, and business teams to maximize the benefits of L&D offerings. Proactively identify process improvements, challenge the status quo, and support a global learning database. Manage training suppliers, ensure maximum investment, and select new vendors strategically. Conduct trainings and workshops, influence the strategy of Learning & Skills Capability, and standardize processes.
