We are looking for an engaged and professionally strong team leader for our Industrial Environment and Sustainability Department, based in Aalborg. You will have the opportunity to lead a competent team and actively contribute to projects that make a difference. As a team leader, you will be responsible for 10-15 skilled colleagues, primarily based in Aalborg. You will be part of a strong professional environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development are in focus. You will be involved in daily leadership, resource planning, offer preparation, and project quality assurance within areas like industrial environment, wastewater, discharge, ESG, and due diligence.

Must Have:
  • Be the daily leader and sparring partner for the team

  • Prepare and approve offers and agreements
  • Participate in professional development and strategy work
  • Independently lead and quality assure projects within industrial environment, wastewater, discharge, ESG, and due diligence
  • Have a background as an engineer, biologist, or similar
  • Have at least 10 years of experience with industrial environment and project management
  • Be curious about leadership
  • Thrive in a role with both professional and human responsibility
  • Communicate clearly and engagingly in both Danish and English
  • Have an eye for sustainability and holistic solutions

We are looking for an engaged and professionally strong team leader for our Industrial Environment and Sustainability Department – with base in Aalborg. You will have the opportunity to lead a competent team and simultaneously contribute actively to projects that make a difference.

About the department

The Industrial Environment and Sustainability Department works across the country and consists of approximately 25 engaged employees based in, among other locations, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Viborg, and Vejle. We advise both public and private clients and collaborate closely with other professional areas within Rambøll – e.g., water, building, and transport.
