How will you make a difference?

• Efficient daily management of the Repair & Calibration department
• Full control over the order-to-cash process
• Initiating and executing improvement projects
• Monitoring departmental quality and service standards
• Budget management and financial responsibility
• Commercial activities focused on service-related sales
• Optimal deployment and development of employees
• Chairing project and department meetings

What do we want to know from you?

• MBO+ work and thinking level
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Fluent in Dutch and German
• Several years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support or similar
• Technical insight and interest
