Job Description
As a Tech BA, you will shape the vision and strategy with the client, understand user needs, and elicit processes and data. You will derive target processes and business requirements for current and future solutions. This role involves defining business analysis frameworks, performing requirements elicitation and modeling, and providing leadership. The job requires skills in areas like business process modeling, data analysis, stakeholder management, and effective communication, including both verbal and written forms. You will be expected to manage and analyze data, document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
