As a Thales Tech Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Thales Alliances organization to create strategic joint messaging and assets that communicate the unique value of Thales and our technology partner joint solutions. The Thales Technology Partner ecosystem includes industry-leading companies in the security, cloud, and technology fields. In this role, you will be positioned as the primary liaison between Alliances / Product Marketing / Product Management and a set of our Technology Partners. You will help identify marketing opportunities, be responsible for expanding marketing relationships, creating customer- and sales-facing collateral, and developing and executing joint GTM plans. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product Marketing and Product Management, Sales, and Channel teams, and will have regular exposure to the leadership team to communicate plans and progress of marketing initiatives.
Must have:
  • Craft and own messaging for joint solutions with technology partners.
  • Manage the technology partner ecosystem, prioritizing efforts based on ROI.
  • Understand industry trends and market drivers for partnership value propositions.
  • Develop marketing collateral, campaigns, and communication plans.
  • Build strong internal and external interpersonal working relationships.
  • Project manage GTM content, promotions, and campaigns for partners.
  • Maintain strong marketing relationships with key technology partners.
  • Deliver joint webinars, training, and presentations.
  • Develop and build relationships with external marketing teams for GTM plans.
  • Grasp features and benefits of Thales and partner products.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in security or computer technology.
  • Proven experience developing differentiating messaging for solutions.
  • Create impactful GTM plans, including collateral and sales enablement.
  • Demonstrate strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or data protection, with a strong understanding of industry trends, security technologies, and market needs.
  • Experience with cybersecurity products including Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) or key management.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as post-quantum cryptography (PQC), AI, and cloud key management.
  • Experience with video/audio presentation tools (e.g., Vimeo, Camtasia).
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic) and a strong understanding of how to develop resources that directly support sales teams and drive lead generation.
  • Proven ability to drive thought leadership by creating insightful content on relevant security topics, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience in managing integrated campaigns, particularly those involving cross-functional teams or global product lines.
  • A strong desire to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging marketing technologies, cybersecurity innovations, and industry best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a stickler for spelling, grammar, and consistency—with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free content that aligns with strategic goals.

In this role, you will be positioned as the primary liaison between Alliances / Product Marketing / Product Management and a set of our Technology Partners. You will help identify marketing opportunities, be responsible for expanding marketing relationships, creating customer- and sales-facing collateral, and developing and executing joint GTM plans.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Product Marketing and Product Management, Sales, and Channel teams, and will have regular exposure to the leadership team to communicate plans and progress of marketing initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Craft and own messaging to convey the value of Thales products and services as they relate to our technology partner’s integrated solutions.
  • Manage the ecosystem of Thales technology partners, including prioritization of efforts and project management of deliverables based on the expected ROI of the joint effort.
  • Understand key industry trends and market drivers, and work with key stakeholders to ensure partnership value propositions are communicated.
  • Develop messaging, collateral, portals, integrated marketing campaigns, and communication plans, including written, electronic, and social media delivery.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal working relationships, both internal to Thales and external with our partners.
  • Create and project manage technology partner-specific GTM content, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain a strong marketing relationship with key technology partners.
  • Deliver joint webinars, training, and presentations.
  • Ability to see beyond the day-to-day, seeking and designing extended projects with a positive ROI and which improves Thales stature in the market
  • Experienced in developing and building relationships with external marketing teams, to execute joint GTM plans
  • Ability to grasp features & benefits of a wide range of products, spanning both the Thales product line and the solutions offered by our strategic technology partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in applicable field - Business, Information Technology, Business Communications, Marketing, Journalism, etc.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing in security or computer technology industries.
  • Experienced in developing messaging that differentiates solutions in the market.
  • Experienced in creating impactful GTM plans, including collateral, joint solution briefs, blogs, white papers, presentations, promotions, and other sales enablement activities.
  • Proof of strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
