As Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the product management of Document Verification/Facial Biometrics and related solutions, ensuring global availability, including in Brazil. This role demands a customer-first approach, focusing on market demands, profitability, and global relevance. You will define product requirements, coordinate regional strategies, assess Brazil's unique market needs, conduct thorough market analysis, and ensure products contribute significantly to the company's profitability and market relevance.
Must have:
  • Experience in product management
  • Strong technical and analytics background in Biometrics, Authentication and Document Verification domain
  • Knowledge and understanding of this domain in different markets, especially the unique needs in Brazil
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology, or related field
  • High intellectual agility, strategic thinking, partnership and bias to action
  • Solutions-oriented and willing to get hands-dirty in execution activities
  • Proven track record in developing and managing globally successful products
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in product management.
  • Strong technical and analytics background in the Biometrics, Authentication and Document Verification domain.
  • Knowledge and understanding of this domain in different markets, especially the unique needs in Brazil.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology, or related field; MBA preferred

Impact You'll Make:

As Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for taking the product management of our Document Verification/ Facial Biometrics and associated products, and make it available globally including in Brazil. In this you will work closely with the Fraud & Identity teams in those markets to make the solution successful. This role requires a strong focus on customer-first perspective, ensuring our products meet market demands, and are both profitable and relevant at a global scale.

  • Defining product requirements: Provide business and technical requirements for the Fraud & Identity products including persona creation as inputs to Engineering, aligning product features and benefits with specific customer profiles and regional asks. This will ensure products meet market/ customer needs and have a strong product-market fit.
  • Regional Coordination on Global Product Strategy: Coordinate with the regional Fraud and GTM teams to ensure that their requirements and roadmap related to DocV/ Facial Biometrics capabilities are aligned to the global product strategy.
  • Brazil market needs: Given the unique requirements from the Brazil market around Facial Biometrics and Authentication, the individual would be expected to assess the market needs, partnering opportunities and ensure that the product built will meet the market requirements and help us grow into a leadership position in this space.
  • Market Analysis & Fit: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fraud and identity sector. Develop products that cater to these market dynamics.
  • Profitability & Relevance: Partner closely with the regions and provide support to them to ensure that global products launched are not only innovative and top-of-the-market but also contribute significantly to the company's profitability and market relevance.
  • Customer-First Focus: Prioritize customer needs and feedback in the product development process. Develop and implement strategies to ensure products solve real customer problems and enhance their experience.
