Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at Tellius. Our priority is building a world-class technical team to support our continued growth and build towards our vision. This role will focus on recruiting top talent for technical roles, including engineering, product development, and AI/ML positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring for high-growth startups and a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Technical Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent, particularly for engineering, product, and AI/ML roles.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, create effective job descriptions, and design tailored hiring plans.
  • Candidate Quality: Ensure every hire meets a high standard of technical excellence and aligns with Tellius’ mission and values.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process, showcasing Tellius’ culture and commitment to innovation.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for engineering and technical roles to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed about talent market trends, particularly in the SaaS and AI/ML sectors, and provide insights to refine our hiring strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in SaaS or technology companies. Experience recruiting for high-growth startups is highly desirable.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in Bangalore, India.
  • Technical Acumen: Proven ability to assess technical skills and recruit for complex technical positions, such as software engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML experts.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Success in engaging passive technical candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Startup Mindset: Familiarity with the fast-paced and dynamic environment of startups, including an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in SaaS hiring.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly scaling organization with shifting priorities.
  • Tech Tools: Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is required, with familiarity in Greenhouse being a strong plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and SaaS business models is desirable.
