Job Description

As a Technical Service Desk Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for customers, providing technical support for hardware, systems, and applications via phone, email, or live chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network connectivity, assisting with application navigation, and resolving email issues. Success in this role requires at least 6 months of IT Service Desk experience, working knowledge of network concepts, Active Directory, and strong troubleshooting skills for networks and MS Outlook. This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, UT.

  • Generally, 1-2 years’ experience in area of responsibility
Must Have:
  • Initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email or live chat to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications.
  • Assists with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into customer's computer.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network.
  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords.
  • Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, supporting remote users
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues, specifically MS Outlook.
  • Must be US Based (Salt Lake City, UT)
  • Must be able to pass background screen and drug test
  • ISP Speed test completed
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Willing to go onsite in SLC for 3 days a week
