Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves product approval, development alignment, and mix design based on customer needs. Key responsibilities include conducting laboratory testing on concrete, aggregates, and cement, analyzing findings, and troubleshooting issues. The position also requires providing technical support to customers and sales teams, engaging in product demonstrations, and staying updated on market trends. Candidates should have a Diploma/BE Civil with at least 5 years of experience in admixtures.
Must have:
- Product approval at new & existing customers leading to sales growth
- Understand and align product development as per customer requirement
- Mix designs as per customer requirement
- Conduct Laboratory testing relating to Concrete, Aggregates, and Cement
- Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results
- Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints
- Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site
- Engage into Product demonstration & testing
- Provide support to Sales team to conduct trials at site
- Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions
