Job Description
Ninja Van, a tech-enabled logistics company focused on Southeast Asia, is seeking a Technician for its Greater Jakarta operations. The role involves supporting on-ground maintenance of operational machinery, monitoring system performance, highlighting technical issues during operational checks (TPM), and providing technical support to daily warehouse operations. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and support new production tester setup for standardization and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics with knowledge in automation and process control, and at least 1 year of experience in an industrial systems maintenance team. Knowledge of TPM, PLC, and automation is advantageous, and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential. The position requires willingness to travel across Indonesia and good English proficiency.
Must have:

Responsibilities
- To support on-the-ground maintenance and sustain operation equipment (machinery) in working condition.
- Monitor system and keep baseline checks on performance and highlight technical issues faced during operational checks (TPM)
- Technical support to daily ops in the warehouse
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment or machinery
- Support new production tester setup for test platform standardization and optimization
Requirements
- Minimal Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics with related knowledge in automation and process control
- Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance team for industrial systems
- Knowledge and experience in TPM, PLC, and automation will be advantageous. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thingking and team work skills
- Willing to travel across Indonesia
- Good in English
