ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
- Allocate ticket inclusive hospitality products for B2B client proposals and approve requests from sales teams in reservations systems, following established sales rules.
- Collaborate with Ticketing team, Product and Inventory teams and other Functional Areas as necessary.
- Plan ticketing operations in all venue clusters.
- Perform audits of hospitality seats and locations in all venues.
- Assist in planning of the dedicated hospitality guest support at venue Ticket Box Offices.
- Monitor the Competition Schedules, update internal documents when necessary and keep relevant FA’s informed of changes that could impact operations.
- Produce reports and data analysis for presentations and status updates.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of digital tickets to clients.
- Prepare training and supervise any additional ticketing staff that may be required.
- Other ticketing duties, as required to support the Milano Cortina OL Ticketing Lead and On Location’s successful delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games project.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games or in other global sporting events with official travel and hospitality providers
- Minimum 3 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular advanced capability in Excel
- Proficiency in project management applications
- Strong customer service ethic
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided in order to meet deadlines
