About the Hiring Team

TiMi Montreal is a new AAA development team making an innovative open world role-playing game in Unreal Engine 5 that is part of the award-winning TiMi Studio Group and Tencent. The studio’s core team has a proven track record making hit open world games, including Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry and Watch Dogs. This is an ambitious team who aspires to be a flagship first-party studio for TiMi, reaching global audiences of passionate gamers who appreciate the studio’s optimistic and inclusive culture that rewards disruptive, risk-taking game development.

What the Role Entails

1. Deeply explore game-related data, understand players' preferences and trends, and provide strong support for game development;

2. Listen to players' voices, interact and communicate with players in the game community, understand and care about players;

3. Responsible for user operations, planning interesting and attractive activities, completing commercial operations and activity operations, achieving active and commercial goals. Through reasonable business models and strategies, provide players with unique value and experience, while creating sustainable revenue and growth for the game;

4. Responsible for the operation of various game platforms and channels, achieving game promotion and cooperation, spreading the charm of the game to more people, and letting more people experience the joy of the game.

Who We Look For

1. No major limit, solid comprehensive quality, excellent academic performance, love games, pay attention to game industry trends;

2. Possess excellent learning ability, creativity, communication ability, logical thinking, system analysis and text organization ability, and enjoy finding patterns in things;

3. Eager to accept new things, highly interested in popular culture, innovative technology or e-sports;

4. Love life, care about humanity.

1. Extensive online game experience or e-sports participation experience;

2. Proficiency in English, Japanese, or Korean.
