Summary

Trendyol Express seeks First Mile Planning Professionals to manage forecasting, cost control, and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, identifying risks, preparing reports, tracking quality metrics, and managing weekly/monthly productivity reports. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred), at least 2 years of planning experience (preferably in logistics), strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills in English. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Customer-oriented, new generation delivery platform Trendyol Express functions to make a difference by combining the latest technology with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure. Your Main Responsibilities

    • To create and follow forecast management & planning cycle
    • To make and follow up cost management and reporting
    • Analyzing team work processes and investigating risks
    • Preparing reports, following up and creating action plans for tracking quality metrics
    • Preparing and following up weekly and monthly productivity reports

Qualities We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably industrial engineering)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experiences in planning department
    • Preferably with work experience in the logistics and distribution sectors
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel
    • Advanced problem solving, analysis, planning, reporting and follow-up capabilities
    • Team player with strong communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Learning, customer and results-oriented approach

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
