Overview
The Offline Media Planner will be part of the Campaign Management Offline team and will be responsible for the offline planning of all media campaigns for assigned clients. They must have in-depth knowledge of the main offline media planning tools (e.g., AdBox, Kubik, AQX, Arianna, MCSonline) and will manage the media process with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Sharing strategic and tactical objectives with the Client team
- Collaboration with the Buying team to define budget allocation
- Management of the planning process from space optimization to post-campaign evaluation
- Management of materials and administrative processes
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in media planning (preferably in Media agencies)
- High skills in television planning
- Knowledge of all offline media and their digital evolution
- Excellent knowledge of media planning tools (e.g., AdBox, Kubik, AQX, Arianna, MCSonline)
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good knowledge of English
- Passion, accuracy, precision, attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Autonomy and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactivity
