The UX Researcher will be responsible for planning and conducting user research using both quantitative and qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and surveys. The role involves analyzing and synthesizing research findings to provide actionable insights, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product strategy and design, and creating deliverables such as user personas and journey maps to communicate research results. The researcher will also stay current with the latest UX research trends and methodologies. A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research or a related field is required, along with a degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
