1. Design NPC module gameplay frameworks, content, and system functions based on game gameplay and experience requirements, write design documents, and coordinate with programming, art, and other departments to complete development and implementation.
2. Collaborate with TD, writers, and programmers to promote the establishment of relevant functional module pipelines and the iteration of toolchain development.
3. Based on NPC-related designs in life simulation and RPG games on the market, extract design highlights, and continuously expand and iterate designs.
1. 3+ years of system planning work experience, project experience in life simulation, business simulation, or female-oriented games is preferred, and deep experience with the aforementioned game categories.
2. Familiar with Unity, UE, or other mainstream game engines, with practical experience in behavior trees or state machines, and some understanding of LLM.
3. Strong learning ability and cooperation awareness, with good stress resistance, communication and expression skills, and the ability to drive implementation, maintaining sensitivity to new gameplay and content emerging in the market.
