As a UX Researcher (Quantitative) on the Google Pixel team, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, measuring, and optimizing factors that drive positive user experiences. This involves designing, conducting, and analyzing research using quantitative and qualitative methods to understand consumer needs, values, and expectations. You will connect behavioral and survey data, extracting patterns to inform product decisions. Strong statistical, scientific, and qualitative knowledge is crucial. You'll work with cross-functional teams, communicating findings through reports and presentations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years of applied research experience. Proficiency in data manipulation and statistical programming languages is preferred. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics for data sets.
  • Experience with command of research questions within a given domain, and of technical tools for the analysis of data within that field.
  • Experience owning and delivering consumer focused quantitative research or data science solutions and driving results.
  • Experience with program management working on multiple different research efforts or projects.
  • Experience in multivariate statistics and the design of experiments.

Responsibilities
