JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with proven experience designing iGaming and sports betting digital products. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences, with a deep understanding of both design principles and the specific requirements of betting platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to shape user journeys that are not only functional but also immersive and entertaining. Please note: You must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as UX/UI Designer with a portfolio of design projects to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions for web and mobile betting platforms, ensuring usability, responsiveness, and brand consistency.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups tailored to the iGaming and sports betting industry.
• Apply user-centered design principles to enhance player engagement, retention, and navigation ease.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming guidelines and jurisdictional standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to deliver cutting-edge experiences.

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in iGaming, sports betting, or digital entertainment platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process (wireframes, prototypes, visual design).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience designing for responsive web, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and dashboards.
• Understanding of sports betting UX flows (odds display, bet slips, live betting, in-play features).
• Knowledge of UI patterns, accessibility standards, and localization best practices.
• Ability to translate complex data and betting features into simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently

• Excellent communication skills — fluent in English (verbal and written)

Nice to Have

• Experience with casino products (slots, live dealer, poker).
• Background in motion design/animations to enhance engagement.
• Knowledge of gamification mechanics applied to betting.
