Onward Search is seeking a Video Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity with a healthcare agency in Mettawa, Illinois. This is a 1-year contract role. The Video Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process for video projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the video production team, assigning work, prioritizing projects, serving as the main point of contact for vendors and the team, facilitating communication, creating estimates and timelines, and scheduling archiving. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and 5-10 years of ad agency experience, with pharmaceutical experience being a plus, is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

We’re hiring a Video Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) with a full-service healthcare agency in Mettawa, Illinois. This is a 1-year contract role.

In this role, you'll serve as a vital member of the video account group, collaborating across internal teams to manage the end-to-end production process. You’ll ensure all video projects meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule to support key business stakeholders.

Video Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with video production team members on assigning video work and prioritizing projects to AbbVie business needs.

  • Open all video jobs in Kantata, and serve as the main point of contact with vendors and the video team.

  • Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Create their own estimates and timelines.

  • Schedule archiving on projects where needed.

Video Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 5-10 years of ad agency experience required; pharmaceutical experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, presentation, written.

  • High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.

  • Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.
