The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end webinar process, including planning, platform setup, execution, and post-event insights. The role involves recommending platforms, guiding stakeholders on planning, content structure, promotion, registration, reporting, and post-event activities. The candidate will also need to identify potential challenges, oversee technical rehearsals, and provide strategic recommendations for post-event activities. The role is expected to last 5 to 9 weeks, starting June 16th, and will include up to 40 hours per week for the initial weeks and then shifts to part-time support.

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Virtual Event Manager / Webinar Producer for a remote contract role supporting a leading beauty brand. This opportunity starts June 16 and begins with full-time hours for the first 2–3 weeks, then shifts to part-time or as-needed support through the remainder of the engagement. The selected candidate will own the end-to-end webinar process, from planning and platform setup to execution and post-event insights, serving as the go-to expert for webinar production.

This is a contract opportunity expected to last 5 to 9 weeks. The schedule will vary based on needs and may include up to 40 hours per week. Compensation is $45–$50/hour, paid weekly.

Virtual Event Manager / Webinar Producer Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of webinar production from concept to delivery.

  • Recommend optimal platforms and tools for webinar execution.

  • Guide internal stakeholders on webinar planning, content structure, promotion strategy, registration flow, performance reporting, and post-event activities.

  • Identify potential challenges and provide proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee technical rehearsals, platform setup, and live day execution.

  • Conduct technical prep for moderators, guest presenters, and attendees.

  • Advise on webinar content flow, audience engagement tactics, and interactivity elements.

  • Support day-of logistics as the technical lead to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams for webinar execution and platform integrations.

  • Provide strategic recommendations for post-event reporting, follow-up campaigns, and content reuse.

Virtual Event Manager / Webinar Producer Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience producing and managing virtual events or webinars.

  • Deep expertise in webinar platforms, virtual event logistics, and audience engagement techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead webinar projects independently from planning to execution.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to advise cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor for webinar best practices.

  • Experience in the beauty industry or with masterclass-style webinars is a strong plus; expertise in any industry is acceptable.
