At LOOP, we craft visuals that cut through - raw, real, cinematic when it matters, and always culture-aware. We’re looking for a Visual Creative Lead who thrives on collaboration, not hierarchy. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with DOPs, photographers, and production teams to co-create content that’s as strategically sharp as it is visually striking. Whether it’s for global brands or culturally driven campaigns, your work will flex between gritty, social-first storytelling and elevated cinematic moments.
This role is about turning big-picture strategy into grounded, production-ready concepts and then being there on set to ensure they come to life with impact. You’ll support and spar with other creatives, combining your vision with theirs to shape work that feels both crafted and authentic.
