Responsibilities:
- Reports to COO
- Manages a team of partner managers
- Develops a comprehensive alliances and channels strategy
- Recruits, onboards and manages new partners across GSIs, SIs, resellers and technology partners
- Creates and executes business plans with all sales partners, driving pipeline generation and revenue targets for our channel business
- Publishes and shares progress against plans with management weekly, monthly and quarterly with QBRs including KPIs related to new partner recruitment, pipeline generation and partner revenue
- Interfaces with Sales account executives working on reseller and reseller opportunities, as well as the Enablement team for producing partner onboarding materials
Must-Have:
- Exceptional partner sales, written, and oral communication skills
- Travel is critical (up to 30%+ of time)Strong business analytical skills
- Strong sales management and partner operational skills, experience building out partner programs
- Proven ability to design and operationalize strategic alliances plans successfully
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – both internally and with partners, both in-person and virtually
- Ability to achieve sales objectives for pipeline and revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to cultivate business relationships through networking
- 10+ years of experience in sales, channel/alliances, with clear records of success and progression of responsibility
- B.S. degree
- Experience with Finance software (ERP, P2P) highly desirable
- Diverse background managing channels teams with hands-on experience with fast-paced problem solving
