Job Description

The Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant will integrate and optimize Oracle-based processes, technologies, and financial modules. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and business acumen to collaborate across departments, ensuring seamless integrations and operational efficiencies within Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Expense modules. The consultant will also develop SQL/PL/SQL solutions and manage Oracle Middleware integrations.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with integration tools and technologies (Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs)
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle Database, PostgreSQL
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Oracle Cloud)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively advocate for and align technical solutions with customer and organizational objectives
Must Have:
  • Collaborate closely with customer architects, functional consultants, finance teams, and senior management to deliver comprehensive Oracle integration solutions
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Oracle R12 modules
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBusiness Suite Expense module
  • Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL-based solutions, including customizations and interfaces
  • Execute Oracle Middleware integrations, ensuring robust and seamless data flows between Oracle systems and external applications
  • Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources
  • Provide functional and technical expertise within Oracle financial modules, notably P2P and Expense
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Techno-Functional roles
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 P2P and Expense modules
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
  • Extensive experience implementing and managing Oracle Middleware solutions using OIC
  • Demonstrated project delivery experience, ideally within finance and procurement domains
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Role Overview:

  • The Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in integrating and optimizing Oracle-based processes, technologies, and financial modules. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical expertise and business acumen to effectively collaborate across organizational departments, ensuring seamless integrations and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with customer architects, functional consultants, finance teams, and senior management to deliver comprehensive Oracle integration solutions.
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Oracle R12 modules.
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBusiness Suite Expense module.
  • Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL-based solutions, including customizations and interfaces.
  • Execute Oracle Middleware integrations, ensuring robust and seamless data flows between Oracle systems and external applications.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources.
  • Work with solution architects to enhance integration methodologies and implement industry best practices.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise within Oracle financial modules, notably P2P and Expense.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Techno-Functional roles.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 P2P and Expense modules.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Extensive experience implementing and managing Oracle Middleware solutions using OIC.
  • Demonstrated project delivery experience, ideally within finance and procurement domains.
